Hi so I chose TVs as my niche. Some TVs come in different sizes so my question si weather I should make almost identical content since its the same TV, only size and the name i

Dear Tadeas,

Your niche is extremely competitive. If you already make up your mind to go for it, you have to do in-depth research of what people are searching for that is related to TVs. It will not help you to just start writing reviews of the best TVs in 2021 etc.,

You have to start writing and solving various problems encountered by different models of TV. You may need to consider reviewing various companies that manufacture great TVs.

You must be very careful not to cannibalize your own website. That implies you should be careful of writing many posts that reflect the same keywords. You will be confusing Google with your site that way.

You have to go narrow first before you start attacking the main TV keywords. For instance, you can start writing and reviewing about anything that has to do with TVs like TV stands (wooden, tv wall mount, TV antennae, Smart TV, tv brand (Review them one by one), etc.,

I hope you gain something from my response?

Regards

John

Thanks for response, I am targeting LED Smart TVs, which is not as competetive... If I understood correctly, if I create similar posts which wont differ that much it is just worsen my google trust?

Yes. Put all related information into one post and move on to another post. Ensure you have enough keywords that can give you over 100 articles on your niche. Each post should add value to your audience and should be over 2,000 words articles.

Make sure all the articles have an intent to help you sell something on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.,

regards

John

Hi - there would be no point in doing that, if the only difference was the name and size. In effect, you would be writing the same article again, and Google would only rank one of them, so the other one would be a waste of time. Why not just mention that it is available in a different size?

My idea was that people usualy have decided which they want and they will google it by specific name... For example if I create one post named Sony XH9505 which will list all of them it wont be as effective as creating 5 posts of the exact product names like Sony KD-55XH9505... This way if they google it and will see the product they searched matches with the name of the post they are more likely to open it.

Take a look at my blog post which explains what Google is looking for in product reviews.

Then decide if you could genuinely write separate posts of around 1000 words each for each particular model of a TV, without repeating the content, or copying and pasting your own material, or copying from another website, which is not permitted.

I'm in a very similar situation! I'd love to hear what others have to say.

Hey, I just would like to ask what niche would you suggest to a guy who like to play games and do sports. I feel like if I choose any game there really wont be a thing to promo

Hey.. I've done sports before and done well. You would want to review different gear in different sports. This guide I wrote can help:

Click promote on the top bar and type in a sport and see what you can find to promote

Thanks for the advice
