No, not in the way that you would normally.
WA videos are kept within WA to stop just anybody watching, that's we all pay the premium membership. If we all used WA videos on youtube people could watch them for free, and never join WA. And all current members would see no point in paying premium either.
You can make videos yourself with screencastomatic which is free and records your screen.
You could make a video, a few minutes long and put that on youtube, then embed that youtube video on your website. It could be an "intro to WA" type video where you show watchers around WA.

Another way is to take a screenshot of a WA video, then paste that on your web page, then put a link to WA in the screenshot, when your visitors on your site click on it, it takes them to WA to watch, of course, they have to sign up for a free account to watch it. YIPPEEEE, commissiion for you!
Where there's a will there's a way.
Nope, you can't copy the video to use the video on your YouTube channel, it's not your video. And you can't copy it and place it on your site. I say copy because you'll notice there is no sharing function enabled for any of the WA videos
But you can link to the video from your website.
Here's where many people make the mistake of using YouTube. You'll never make any real money trying to monetize a video on YouTube, it's like the video version of adsence. A waste of time.
What you want to do is create your own videos. And the goal is to use YouTube for free traffic. The purpose of your video is to get people off YouTube and onto your website.
I do this all the time, it's a huge source of free traffic. While everyone is trying to get a viral video (another waste of time) - or get lots of subscribers - I focus on using YouTube for traffic, nothing else.
I've mentioned this before, I'm in the financial niche (crazy competitive) - and the free traffic I generate from YouTube to my site generates over $50,000 per year.
Think of all the how to videos you could create that could drive traffic to your website that's promoting the WA?

You want to create your own brand and identity within the online world. Copyright infringement can be an issue. It is best that whenever you monetize videos on YouTube that they are your own works. So learn everything you need on WA and then start creating you own videos to upload to YouTube. You will build trust, loyalty and a following.
