How To Explode Your Social Media?
I apologise if you was thinking that I am going to provide you here with loads of tips in how to make your social media sites go viral, instead I am looking for valuable input from this community of anyone that might have super clever ideas of how to do just that.
I have now created my Facebook Business Page, my Business Instagram account, my Twitter account and My Business Pinterest Account and my Youtube account but things are just going way to slow to my liking. My focus is not YouTube atm and I know what I should be doing when it comes to YouTube so I am more looking for advice on how to make my other social accounts take off.
I mean I can also come up with general tips like for example:
1) Make sure you post on a regular basis
2) Make sure you interact and collaborate with your social media community
3) Make sure you post quality information, images and videos
4) Put stories and special offers on Instagram stories
5) Ask permission to post others' work on Pinterest and Instagram (those posts that really goes viral) as long as of course you give the necessary credit to the creators.
`i think there is probably quite a lot more that I could put down, but I am trying to generate ideas from the community here that is super successful and that really worked for you to make your social media come to life.
My Instagram and Twitter been very recently created, but for example my Facebook Business page been around for some months now and still only 15 likes/folllowers.
I would really like to hear your comments in the comments section of strategies you use that really helped you to make your social media accounts go viral.
Ps. My social media sites can all be accessed in my WA profile should anyone wish to have a look and give me specific direction of what I could change or do differently to allow my social media sites to take off. However, I am more specifically interested in general tips that really worked for you personally to skyrocket your social media accounts. I am perfectly sure there will be some worthwhile golden nuggets in your responses in the comments section. Do remember that some of my social accounts have very recently been created, so maybe I am a bit impatient, but still what a better time than asking for your expert advice on how to skyrocket on social media platforms.

I looked at your Twitter. I can only see your tweets. To grow it you need to retweet other people’s posts. The more you retweet, the more followers you will find. You don’t want just those who are in your field but a diverse set of followers.
If you don’t retweet others they will not retweet your tweets.
Pinterest is much the same. You need a variety of boards to save other people’s pins to. Again it is diversity that attracts.
Facebook has restricted small businesses more and more over the last 2 years and Mark Zuckerberg has admitted as much. He wants people to pay for advertising. I have had a business page for several years so have seen the result first hand as restrictions bite more and more.

Many thanks! I will result in retweeting others' tweets that I find interesting etc. Many thanks. In regards to Pinterest though. What is the policy here? Do you have to ask permission to re-pin other people's pins? Re-pinning other people's pins makes me feel that I am stealing other people's content lol but that is probably not true then I guess? I assume when you re-pin someone's pin then as long as you do not change anything to that pin's description or links then you are probably fine? Is that right and how it is supposed to work? I guess in this sense you will then do them a favour and you will get more traffic as a result which would also help your cause.
If they put the pictures on Pinterest then they are open to being repinned. If they don't like it I am sure they will soon say.

I gave up on Facebook about a year ago. It's a constant battle to grow your audience base.
Social media is a strange thing. What works one day stops working the next. I built my Pinterest account to 10,000 followers and then suddenly it dropped by 1000 within 2 weeks. Instagram jumped to 3500 followers and came to a complete stop for about 4 months. Suddenly it has begun to move again.
And, yes I do use all the suggested tricks. Just when you think you've got it worked out they change the algorithms. Jim
Lol you are so right in saying this. I had some strategies to grow my previous FB pages years back but that strategy does not work anymore and it seems that FB like you say also changed their algorithm and hardly displays your submitted content to even your followers. They are a lot more strict now sharing in groups also. Seems they really hungry for people paying for advertising lol.
Okay, I can't find your FB page at your follow links, 2 YouTube links, 2 website links, and one Pinterest. Not sure which website you are using FB with sooo just shoot me a link so I can look. I'm not an expert, but my FB page is only 4 months old and I have 68 likes and I haven't really been trying yet. My new website is too new (also new) and I want to work with content first. That said, I do have over 1.5k followers on my book blog Twitter account (also without trying). So lemme look to see if I have a suggestion.

My recommendation is that you focus on one or two things. Having several social media takes a lot of effort and time. Keep in mind that only one social media channel can bring in a lot of success.
Focus only on Pinterest, or Pinterest and Facebook, or Fb and Twitter, choose one or two, it will be much easier for you to create content and share it on social media.
