Hosting with WA brings new hope?

Many people probably wondered what happened to me? :) I flourished very quickly on WA almost reaching top 200 within the first month of joining WA then just completely gone quiet from the middle of March onwards.

Why is that you may ask?:

Site Speed:

Those that know me would know that after doing quite well online in regards to sales etc. since I started online marketing in 2010, all my sites got hacked in 2014 and I pretty much lost everything. It took me around 4 years to regain motivation to start online marketing again and I decided to join WA to do things right/better this time around and to make more money than I ever did previously.

After starting well, I realised after working very hard on building a couple of websites over some time that my site speed is pathetic on mobile as well as on desktop and then realised one of the big reasons is because my images used on my website is way too big and that your site speed pays the price for high definition images. I have such a massive amount of images used throughout, especially in my shopping cart and image optimisation plugins I tried did not manage to sort the issue for me successfully which means that I would have to optimise each image manually.

Hosting:

My cousin is a computer programmer and I conveniently hosted my websites on his server, or so I thought. However, the way his server was setup was a bit complicated for me to understand and I constantly ran into technical problems where I required his support and felt silly for constantly having to bother him to help solve technical issues. An example will be where Wordfence meant for security will for no apparent reason ban my ip address for simply getting my password wrong once and then I had to bother my cousin to unblock my ip, but still would have no idea why Wordfence would ban my ip and on top of that although it looks like my Wordfence is set up correctly it does not deal with blocking spam comments and once again I have no idea why this is?

This added to the frustration of my site speed issues and I eventually decided to just take a moment again to try and regain motivation.

The Solution - WA Hosting?

I just heard that WA came out with a new image optimisation plugin called "Kraken". I am not sure as yet how effective it is but am hoping that if I am to transfer all my sites to WA that Kraken might be able to help me optimise all my images automatically without me having to optimise them one by one manually. This will be pretty awesome if that is the case, or at least if it could optimise most of my images so I simply have to optimise a couple of images manually.

Also with WA hosting I realise that I will never have to struggle with technical issues anymore as WA is super hot on website support. If WA can take care of the technical side for me, including to help to optimise my site speed, then I can simply concentrate on the creation of website content and marketing.

Conclusion:

I am hoping that hosting with WA will take away the need for me to concentrate on the technical side and issues that may arise with the managment of websites as this is where my biggest frustration lies preventing me from concentrating on what really matters .... The creation of content and marketing.

I am therefore very excited to start hosting with WA and will let you all know if it really made this massive difference that I think it will make for me.

Ps. If there are any reasons why anyone think I should not host with WA before making the decision to move over all my websites to WA, then it will be great to hear your comments below. And those that are super happy with hosting on WA is of course also more than welcome to motivate me to host with WA in order to take away any doubt I might still have in taking this important step.
