The idea is to rank on unquoted words, quotes are rarely used. So yes, tools give you direct competition for your keyword but the reality is that true competition implies all possible cases where the parts of your key-phrase is used. See more here:

If it is ranked low now it does not mean it will stay there forever. I have had such cases with pages resurfacing from nowhere. You may keep improving it of course, getting some comments here at WA and this all will help.

hi, I noticed you have several images in your post. Usually when you add a link to g+ post, then it will let you choose which image you want to be displayed.

it seems that you didn't choose the image (the default would be a featured image on your blog post, and apparently your post does not have featured image, or g+ does not recognize it).
Actually, when you hover on the top part of that image (before you post your G+ post), you will see arrows on top to choose from other images on your post. Try it. See the attached image.

The issue almost drove me crazy. The arrow you talked about didn't show up when sharing from my social media plugin. I tried everything. Changed plugin, changed images, deleted a banner I just added. EVERYTHING and it just didn't show up. At the end I went to google+ and add it from there and the little arrow finally showed.

Hi Rina. Please allow me one more question.Which social media plugin are you using? I got a hunch it could be the reason the little arrow doesn't show when I share. I don't mind doing it manually, but I wouldn't like my visitors to run into that issue.

For Google plus, I don't use any plugin. So yes, manually added from my g+ profile page. I'm also looking for a tool that can do that more easily, or even perhaps schedule it, but haven't had a chance to explore yet.
Oh,in my website, I use shareaholic plugin,but haven't tried the g+ feature yet.
What about you?

I just checked my shareaholic plugin and yes, i am able to choose which picture I want to use in my g+ post.

The chat backend prompts you to give help to anyone posting a question mark. Many times you go there and find questions like How are you today? or Is that right? from somebody

Yeah, this is just an indicator on a question...it in reality is a question and we have no way to determine what type of question it is. Our goal with that aspect of chat is to get people the best help, the quickest and it definitely has done the job.

A double question mark wouldn't work simply because people would not know to do this, in particular if they were just starting out.

As time moves forward we will continue to add further sophistication to chat to make it a better and better platform. :)

You are right, but I guess this will remain so. But as jth99 suggests there is another way to help others. I myself have never been in the chat.

If you just want to help people you can do that, this bypasses the good day and how are you comments.
Click on Activity Dashboard in the top left column, look at the tab above, click on Activity and then click on Unanswered on the link below. Here are mostly only question about some sort of help required. Hope this helps?

Then you can change the settings to allow you to only have a certian type of email to be allowed through. juist click on your small image at the top right corner and then click on account settings, once in there go down to the bottom and you will see the email settings. You can switch on and off what you want.

If you want to answer that question you just need to scroll down and you see is a green tick next to the name that asked the question. Is that what you mean?

There are no upsells within WA.
Jaaxy is a very useful tool to have but, if you don't want it then, the keyword tool here at WA is sufficient

If you own a domain registered with namecheap and already started a website at wa, how do you transfer it to another member?

if it's another WA member, then I'd suggest you submit a support ticket as they're the only ones being able to transfer website content. You can do this here.

As for the domain name, it needs to be changed at Namecheap if you also want to give it up. How you can transfer a domain from one Namecheap customer to another customer is explained here.
