Can i change my wordpress theme after getting my website approval in google?
This is a complex question and a bit of an advanced topic. If you have indexing set up properly through Google Search Console, your indexing may change, but google will recognize it through your sitemap.
But when people ask an indexing question I think what they really are getting at is if it will affect SEO or SERP ranking. (SERP is Search Enginge Result Page - what search page your content lands on. We are all striving for the #1 spot here.)
Regarding SERP, you should be fine, again as long as Google Search Console is set up properly to index your site.
What about SEO? That question is the more complex one. If you are using a good quality SEO plugin (All in One and Yoast are good), then your SEO should remain in good shape, as long as the plugins are configured properly. If you are doing SEO per page (bad idea, but I digress) it may require a bit more attention.
With all of that said, if your site is young, I would not worry about it too much. Now is the time to play with your theme, customize it and get your site looking the way you want it. If you're site is already ranking high in SERPs, give SEO and indexing some consideration. For the most part, if you're following the training here, Kyle shows you how to set this up.

thanks a lot for replying but problem is that i have made two websites with two different wordpress and one website in o.k but for other website (http://www.earningcentre.com) when i searching in google then i can not see my all the pages and when i click my About me page then it is not showing its contents i have tried so many times i don't know what is going wrong thats why i want to change the wordpress, what is your advice.
I think there is something wrong with your configuration, if I'm understanding your problem. Is your "About Me" page published on that site? I see the menu item, but the page is not there. Check the permalink on the page. https://earningcentre.com/about-me does not seem to exist.
Changing your wordpress theme would not have caused this issue.

You only progress in rank if you are active here on WA. If you never blog, post training, comment on posts and so on, you will not get any points that make you rank higher.
Some people stay as premium members to take advantage of the low cost hosting and all the other good stuff we have here, but are not active on the site. That means no ranking.
I was ranked as number 70 here a few months ago, but then chose to spend more time on my website than on WA, and as you can see, my rank went down very fast. That doesn't matter, my website is the importent thing and the reason why I am here, rank on WA is not importent to me.

I think your PayPal account remains intact as it is a web based facility. You may need to load new credit card if you happen to change them but If they are the same no need to change as far as I know.
