The niche I've chosen is clocks. I am interested, but I don't know how to use 4 headings and keep the post close to 1000 pages. If anything, the post would be more like a revie

Hey Prasant,
What I do is find my keywords and set them aside.
Once I have written my post (and, I never worry about the word count until I have finished saying what needs to be stated), then I bring my keywords out and go through my newly written post to see where I can insert keyword so they sound naturally placed.
Most times, my first writing has some spelling and/or grammar errors, so it's always advisable to re-read until you're certain no more errors exist.
Sometimes I can only use a few keywords, sometime I can use keywords in subtitles, but I NEVER EVER use keywords more than 3xs per 1000 word post.
