Dear Friends, what would you suggest me to create funny images, celebrity cartoon, editing images etc?
Depends if you are comfortable drawing vector imagery/illustration with curved and straight lines or not. I use both Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop simply because I have for years. AI for illustration and AP for photo image manipulation and/or enhancement. They can be tremendous assets that can give you the results that you are after but the downside is they can be rather expensive. I am sure there are less expensive or free alternatives out there as Beau suggests. Good luck and Cheers... :-)

Please suggest me a theme for my jokes related website.
I want all different categories at the left side of my website page, and i want that on every page it sh
No clue. I've never seen a theme with a left content area that can turn pages.
The only thing (that I'm aware of) that has a button to the next page is a blog roll. And every theme has those.
Unless...
You use the Text Widget and add your jokes there so it can show up on your sidebar. I don't think it has pages though.

I think you've got the wrong idea of exactly what impact the choice of theme has on a website.
Although each theme has its own criteria, most will let you select the Blog Archive/Recent Posts at the side of your website if you like - and with regards to adding images, you can potentially include thousands on the same website if that suits your content.
As a suggestion, Hiero is quite a popular WordPress theme - and one that I personally think quite well of.
Take It Easy - SIMON
The theme you choose is basically the skin of your site. Most themes will have "recent post," "archives," etc. Some have them on the left, some are on the right. The pictures you see are just examples of how a theme looks with a photo in that area. You can change it and put an image there that fits with your niche.
You will do best to pick a theme that doesn't appear complex and try it out. Most people end up trying out a few themes before they find one that suits them. There are different types of layouts and you will find one that you like, but it might not be the first one you pick.
