WooHoo! Post is now Featured Snippet on Google
My post that went straight to rank number 1 on Google, Bing and Yahoo a few days ago is now the featured post on Google for that keyword. I was concerned the post had dropped way down in rank when I saw it was at 26. I forgot that rank 0 as the featured snippet is known is not recognized on many tracking sites. It showed 26 because my post is at 0 and also at 26.
0 is better than 1. 0 is the post at the very top of the page ABOVE the paid advertising positions.
This is a great boost to my low moral of the last few months as my post ranks sank. I was not putting time into my site. As soon as I pick back up again, the ranks raise too.

Thanks Tom. Cute turkey. I love the #1's and #0's on Google and Bing. It means I am doing something right and traffic and sales follow.

No, it never gets that cold here by the coast and only very rarely in the interior. Our winters are shorter and warmer now. Warming is happening here faster than many areas. It was +50 F here a few weeks ago and raining! Now it has finally cooled down to normal.
I can't imagine your heat! It was 90 F here this summer and it was horrible. We had smoke from fires along with the heat too.
