Making progress on glitches, and traffic up, thanks everyone!
Though the last few days have not worked out like I expected, I am actually feeling pretty good about my progress here! I did not meet my short term goal for the weekend but I am working through Wordpress/Gravatar issues with the help of the wonderful members here!
So thanks! This is not a waste of time though it felt like it at first! What was supposed to take a few minutes is taking a few days!
Also, my quest for comments has been a smashing success most recently due to the wonderful engagement of Steve! Thanks Steve!! Your thousands of words of comments are much appreciated!!!
My engagement on my site adding a new post, updating old posts and getting great comments (that forced me to actually do research and give long answers) have resulting in an increase of traffic to my site! I am getting organic searches again! I just checked Google Analytics and there was an organic searcher on there right now!

Thanks. By spending more time on my site and getting the lengthy comments Google will raise the ranking of my posts and therefore they will be more visible for people searching Google. These same concepts apply to Bing, Yahoo and other search engines as well. I checked today and my latest post is ranked much higher on Yahoo and Bing than Google.
Any extra content added, updates made or other activity on your site helps.
By asking for comments I am getting more visits from other WA members as well and this all helps.

Great news, Jessica! Super that comment content is helping with organic searches - I'm looking forward to some of that now that I see it is working for you.
Of course it should work well on your site, as you have exceptional content to start with, and your readers (organic and otherwise) trust you, because you earn that trust.
