How Neat! Bing put my web address in another brand's snippet?
I did some searches on Bing to see where one of my posts was ranking. As usual my post was in the featured snippet spot for many variations of the search term.
Here is how it looks:
I entered yet another varient of the search term with the words in a weird order (nothing I intended to rank for) and saw Jackson Galaxy's own site as the featured snippet. I can't be mad about that. It is HIS product and HIS website. I noticed the photo was the same as the one I use however and then saw my website is credited right there prominantly on the photo! This is a big deal to me because it is NOT my photo. It is a photo I got from here on WA's own Site Content. It is a free photo that anyone can use.
At first I thought Jackson Galaxy's website had credited my site but I went to the post and don't see that photo there. So, I am thinking Bing might somehow put together the snippet from Jackson Galaxy's post, the photo that is from my post and shows in many of my featured snippets for the same product and somehow attributed the photo to my site. I don't know for sure so if any of you have any insight I would love to hear it.

That's great Jessica, Congrats! It's great when you can "piggy-back" off an influencers traffic, isn't it? Kudos!

You are in great development, so happy for you my friend!
I follow you always even so I don´t always manage to jump in and send a letter because it is too much to do and too less energy. Sorry about it because I really like what you are doing!
