Guess What?!
I am so excited! I thought I would take a chance and be brave and ask the veterinary cardiologist who did our boy's echocardiogram last week to do a guest post on my website. I was really nervous but thought it couldn't hurt to ask and the worst that could happen would be that she would say no.
She will do it! She asked what I want her to write about!!! How cool is that?!
I am hoping this will lend some serious credibility to my site. Not only is she a veterinarian, but a specialist with 10 years of training. She travels around the state performing these procedures. She is very nice and engaging and adores animals with dogs, cats and a horse of her own.
I am hoping I can help people understand this type of diagnostic procedure. I did not know it was so relatively easy and does not require anesthesia or even shaving the fur!
It was feeling like a slow few days lately so this really perked up my weekend!
Onward and Upward Peeps!

Good Morning Jessica,
What a good idea to ask your vet and nice of her to say yes.
All the best to you 3, Taetske
Thanks Taetske! I had never met her before this week since she is a specialist and only visits the clinic by appointment.
If you don’t ask the answer is always No. Well done you for daring to ask. And what a brilliant idea.
With Grace and Gratitude
Karen
Great idea! I'm so glad you posted this! I know it will have a great impact with people here, giving us the push into more site interaction! You always have the greatest perceptions on what will work! Yayy!
I am so glad I asked! I was really nervous about it (that doesn't seem very logical in a way) and thought she might be annoyed.
Now I am wondering if I can get more veterinarians to guest post!
That's awesome Jessica, I am optimistic this will give your site more credibility. Glad your boy's heart is doing okay.
Thanks! Yes, I think so.
He will be just fine! Cats can get this form of heart murmur that is stress related and not dangerous. I posted about the procedure here: Good News at the Vet and with Sales Today! It was amazing to SEE the effect my petting and talking had on his heart function. The murmur was better when I was loving him!
Yeah I believe this. My "Princesses" abdominal area has sagged recently, I am taking her to the vet on Monday.

Thanks Loes! I think so.
