WA Live Chat Needs Improvement! [not happy]

Anyone else think that WA'S Live Chat pretty much sucks for getting help?

I am not much of a "chat person" when I am working and studying, sorry.

I thought the Live Chat at Wealthy Affiliate was designed to be a place to get some quick advice and guidance.You know, hop in, ask your question, get a few opinions or suggesstions, and be on your way (after thanking those who were willing to help).

This has not been my experience and I am disappointed. As a Premium Member and paying for this extra feature, I should not feel like I am totally invisible in the live chat if I am not participating in the social drama that is going on at that time.

On A Positive Note

As a Premium member, you are able to find help in other ways. You are able to send private messages which is the route I have turned to. May take a little more time, but bettter than not getting a response at all.

Folks on Live Chat are members, just like you; they don't work for WA.

When you receive helpful feedback there, it's because another member took the time, without any obligation to do so.

Remember, too, that at any one time, there may not be anyone on Live Chat who has the answer to your query.

Specific questions can be posed to the community by asking a question via Help Center (it poses a question to the platform, rather than chat), and technical questions can be directed to Site Support.

I know that the live chat is other members. I am also aware of the different ways of getting help. Live Chat is described as a useful tool to get a quick answer or advise from other members Not so much a social hour get-together. At least that was my impression.

Thank you Laurie, I truly appreciate that! I know this post wasn't a pleasant one, I am usually very calm and helpful myself, but this has happened to me a few times. I always try to search for an answer on my own before seeking help from others, so I was a bit frustrated when my search came up with nothing relative and I was pretty much ignored in Live Chat.

I never use it. I don't have the time for it.

I rarely do either, perhaps that is why my occasion questions or comments get ignored. When I am on the WA platform, I am working and don't have time to socialize. This may sound harsh to some but if you want to socialize, follow me on Facebook. The link is in my profile.

Hi - I often participate in Live Chat, and if I know the answer will happily help other members. I appreciate the fact that we are all in different time zones and have different skill sets, and I have learnt a lot from my time there.

That is very nice of you Diane. I am happy that you have found the Live Chat helpful. I wish I could say the same but there are other ways of getting help that I will be seeking from now on.

yes you are correct in that point. But supposed to be, it is the responsibility of your referrer. as ahead of our team member we should tutor those in the line of our affiliate members to earn please...as new WA member. this is my struggle. I signed in hoping that I will be guided by the owner of the affiliate link I hit. but sad to say. after they got commission on it. this persons is hard to contact and to be frank. hard to ask help with regards to our dilemma we ha.
