Your Best Buddy is Pumping

I never stopped to think what this phrase meant until recently. It never made sense me; the heart is a blood pumping muscle, not a thinking feeling organ.

I was so wrong. The heart is the brain's best buddy.It alerts the rest of the body to love, fears, and warnings. Example:As soonas brain hears news, the heart immediately reacts. If it's good news, you feel your heart almost burst with excitement and anticipation.If the news is sad news or scary, you feel your heart tighten and beat faster.

I suggest we all start listening to our hearts more.
