I'm Letting You Go
Today tears are running down upon my keyboard.I’m waiting for a call from the vet concerning my 20-year-old cat, Mondo. I have known the decision would have to be made soon, and today is now.
Mondo is the last of 4 babies I shared pet parenthood with my husband, Jim. For the last 14 years, I have always felt that Mondo was my protector.
Losing Mondo is like saying one last good-bye to the greatest love of my life.

It is difficult to let go after so many years and so many memories...rejoice in the memories, my friend...Mondo is in a better place for her now...
when he was 6, we adopted him from a shelter/ After my husband died, Mondo barely left my side for months
It was hard 'liking' this post but WA don't give you the 'React' options that Facebook do, otherwise I'd have given you a sad face. So sorry to hear about Mondo.

Sorry to hear this. My cat is 13 years old. I love her to death. I hate to lose her because she has always been by my side. She is last thing attached to my decease boyfriend.
