I just created a website and I can't access it. When I try to login the following is what appears instead. Did I do anything wrong?

Okay sometimes it takes a little time for the DNS servers to go live. I am presuming that you just purchased the domain today?
Normally it is almost immediate but there can be a delay of up to 12 hours.
I guessed as much but I had to confirm. Yes, I purchased the domain a few minutes ago and created the website a few minutes ago.
Yes that's what I thought. Just give it an hour and try again. Sometimes the system is a little overloaded which causes a delay.

Hi Sue. Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about that. You will have to purchase a new one if you are not satisfied with the one you have.
If you buy a new domain then you can transfer your existing content to your new domain so you don't loose any of the work that you have already done.

You definitely can create a forum using plugins. Personally I wouldn't recommend you to start that right away. You might want to build a authority site first where you have enough content and good amount for traffic. Then you might consider getting a forum in place so people can sign up and be part off.

Kumar is right you can set up a forum using plugins. The problem with this is your site speed will suffer badly. You might want to look into a forum platform software such as phpbb and link it to your site.

Actually, that's a good thing to do by someone new here, so by the time you're finished creating your site, you already have some money awaiting you.. which can be a good jumpstart for your business.
