How do I get to the menu?
If it is for your website you should go to >Appearance > Menu.
There you can create a new menu or add and/or modify a menu setting.

All Menu items are Top :eft starting with Activity Dashboard finishing with upgrade to Yearly , Then the sub menu beneath starting with My History, down to Affiliate program and Boot camp. That's your Menu

How do I get that follow me sign come up when I click add comment?
That automaticly comes up for everyone that is not following you. It does not come up for you because you can't really follow your self. and also if they are already following you, they will not see it either.
How come I don't see it on your one Mr bprsawford? and it was the same for me, just like now
I see you got your answer. Takes a little while to get to grips but it makes sense in the end! Plus you cant see your own likes. Hey HO!
