I want to keep 4-5 pages in my websites. I also want to add standard features of a WA affiliate websites.
Please share the tutorials here in WA so that I could refer them

How far are you with training, it can become too confusing to jump parts,, what you can do is use some of the posts here to share however it is not good to use too many to do this you can click the affiliate link at the top of the page copy and paste the code into your page/post
Why not just go through the training? That's where you'll find all of this, and more information. We can't tell you how to write quality pages, only give basic tips. It's a skill, like any other, and requires practice to improve.
Besides, the best thing you can do for your affiliate website is be yourself - be unique. If you just do the standard that all other WA affiliates do, users have no reason to stick around.
I can't provide links to training as I can't think of any off the top of my head (Try searching above), but remember to write with your audience in mind. What tone are you using for your website? Friendly, light-hearted, serious, playful? Whatever it is, make sure you stay consistent throughout your pages (Unless you are shifting your focus to a more or less serious topic and want to interject a bit of that tone into it) and posts, and really think of who is sitting down and reading your work. Are you targeting middle-class people who are unhappy with their current jobs or salaries?
Great, make sure you keep that in mind when you write. What references would they understand? What problems do they face, and have you faced them yourself? If so, that makes it much easier to write about.
Additionally, be sure to find quality images to accompany your pages. A lot of people on here tend to just use those silly (In my opinion) Stock images where a guy is smiling surrounded by money or something. That's kind of goofy, in my opinion - go for less-generic stuff, stuff that stands out. Those type of images ( the one mentioned above) just scream "Sleazy salesman" to me. Uniqueness is important.
I hope this helped in some way. Really, the best advice me or anyone else can give for new users is just to go through the training. I know it may seem tiresome or irritating to do at times, but they answer most (if not all) questions, and give you awesome tips on how to create a truly awesome website.
