I was to renew yesterday and my card had some problem. However, today when I tried to pay, it is showing a message as below.
Renews @ $2
Check your credit card online transactions. It sounds like your transaction went thru.
If you still have concerns I suggest that you go to this WA webpage and select the billing option for further help and assistance directly from WA who should be able to sort this for you.

If asking you for a dollar, it may very well have renewed your subscription because they are set up to be paid automatically.

I had what looks like a similar problem recently. I opened up a WA support ticket and worked with WA support to sort it out.
During that progress I also learned that "Please note that sending mail from the forwarder email address to the same WA email account to which it has been set is not going to work."

Theme is called "Notable", I need to check if that is premium/payable somewhere, or I need to resort to something different. Since I don't have time to learn and tinker PHP..Unless somebody points to another miracle!!
Are you talking about having Blog on your main menu with your Categories dropping down underneath them?
Or are you talking about having your Categories listed on the Sidebar?
The link I have pasted would make it easier to understand instead of me explaining..

Thank you for the screenshot, I’m currently on my mobile and that 2nd row didn’t appear. You can achieve this using the Ad Inserter plugin or Hooks if you are using GP Premium. You do not need to change your theme. If you use Ad Inserter you can place hyperlinks “Before Content” to only appear on Posts etc.
GeneratePress is a free theme, but they have a premium upgrade which installs as a plugin called GP Premium. This plugin allows for hooks (amongst others) to allow for customisations etc. If you are not using that theme or plugin then you can use the free Ad Inserter plugin to achieve the same thing. I haven’t checked the source code of the referenced website yet, but you can very easily achieve the same thing by adding Hyperlinks to appear before all of your content that point to your Categories.
