Make Your Customers Feel Loved
Although we are all at WA for different reasons, we all have one thing in common and that is to learn, plan, build, and maintain websites promoting our niches.
Whether you run an online marketing empire, sell meat at a butcher shop, or have a long term plan for world domination, you need to build relationships to maximize your growth and repeat business potential.
Demonstrating "interest" in your customer is one way to maximize your niche potential and I would like to throw some things against the wall to see if they stick.
When I return home from work, trips, or just going out to the garage, I am met with the following faces when I walk in the door. They know that I have an "interest" in them and although they may run my life, there is an unconditional relationship.

Unluckily, our customers are more sophisticated and this is a virtual relationship so we need to utilize time proven techniques to make our customers feel loved.
Yes, make them feel loved.
There is no better way to make a customer feel loved than forming an emotional connection with the customer.
One example of forming an emotional connection is the Public Service Announcement (PSA) for the prevention of forest fires.
Although numerous strategies were utilized in commercials, billboards, posters, etc., the basic concept was to make the customer feel empowered to prevent forest fires.
What a connection, a hero to Bambi, a small town, or a small furry bunny and this was not a stretch since all it would take was one (1) spark.
Think about how you can integrate techniques to emotionally connect with customers on your website.
There may be 1,000 or more websites out there competing for the same business so making your customers feel loved may be the difference maker between you and Billy Bobs Southern Canadian Discount website.
The WA platform and its membership provides an unique environment that makes us feel loved and that is one reason many of us chose WA as the team we wanted to join.
There are many competitors out there but for some reason, WA made us feel loved.
With a little love you can catch a few more customers.

Jay, you are absolutely right. We have to let our customer feel that we really care about them and that we truly want to help them. I think it is very important to answer the comments of our visitors thouroghly and honestly.

I love to love on ppl...whether they be comments left on my blog or a comment or question within my closed FB group forum, BJC. I scout out opportunities to help my following and create thoughtful posts that will generate connection.
I think it works pretty well because I genuinely care about them..and I think that comes across.

Good Morning Jay,
This night the sometimes heavy rain continued. In some places, as the rain came suddenly and in a short period it was a huge amount, there have been bad floodings, cars washed away, houses waist deep in the water etc. At least the fires in Galicia have stopped but now another catastrophe could come. The ashes will be washed away by the rain to end up in rivers etc and killing of the mussels growing there. From one disaster to the other.
