Where do I access the 3 profit ready websites advertised in the Premium package?
The websites are waiting for you to create them via the hubs platform. The wording is a little ambiguous , you have to do the work after the initial setup is done. e.g creating the quality content, get ranked on google, drive traffic, then make money.

As a premium member, you can create up to 3 websites through the hubs wizard. Hope this helps. :)

How do I transfer an entire Wordpress site from iONOS to my Wealthy Affiliate server without losing all of the build out i have done over time?
If your site has content, you need to contact site support for further instructions.
They will typically ask you for FTP info and your domain name; they'll set up a siterubix subdomain and upload files. Then, you can check everything is okay before you point your domain to WA servers.

Back up your site and download it to your computer/phone etc.. ( the backup file).
You can find various plugins to do so by searching on Bing for example. "Backup plugins for WordPress and how to do so". This is to be sure you have the variant of the site on which you worked and never lose it.
Here at WA, they do this for you, backing up your website so you to focus on others.
Then search transferring a site to WA in the search bar here, in the toolbar.
You will find plenty of posts and choose the one that better fits your needs and comprehension. I've done it for myself, and they work, the instructions you will find.
I believe that by changing the host it shouldn't change your site, nor lose it. But to be sure you have your backup. Also, ask SiteSupport for your concerns and what you wanna do. They could give you some answers and make your life easier.
