I tried canceling my membership a few days ago twice cause I can't afford it at the moment. I noticed today that my paypal account was still chharged. Can someone fix this plea
You can always go to Paypal and cancel reoccurring subscriptions there also. This is something you should always follow up on whenever you attempt to cancel a Paypal payment method with anyone to be sure it was done correctly.
Either way, Kyle will straighten things out for you. He's a busy guy, just give him a day or two to get back to you.

But id that is not the answer you seek, I would write your questions to Kyle or Carson...

You should be able to cancel in your profile. If you are having problems you need to PM Kyle or Carson for billing issues. They will take care of it for you.

Which money? If they paid for the monthly membership then they've unlocked all the training, so they've effectively unwrapped everything.
If they were overcharged because of a system glitch then they will be refunded.
As for premium membership, the monthly membership can be cancelled at any time.
Bear in mind it also includes hosting.
