Positive Mind Means Successful Life
Growing up in the village, in an African country I thought was a very difficult situation I happened to come around. I used to think I was the most unluckiest person in the world.
But now as I look back when we were young and how we use to freely playing arround without no fear compared to my girls in town who if they come back from school the doors are always locked, I still think they are the most unluckiest children because they cannot enjoy the outdoor life as I used to.
MY ADVICE:
When you feel down, depressed and sorry for yourself, watch the news and read the newspapers and you will see that there are many people worse off than you, and that you are actually one of the lucky ones.
Continue being positive because positive mind means successful life

Great advice sis, My parents always tell us the same thing. There are people that are worse off then we are. Thanks for sharing:)
I got to really feel that when I set foot in Cebu for the very first time. I saw just how many poor Filipinos there were on the streets and I felt sorry for them. At the same time I felt lucky that I have what I have. Thanks for sharing!
You are so fortunate thay you were able to compare and see the reatity og the situation. Please enjoy your day.
Good point. I firmly believe that you need to appreciate the blessings in life because there are so many people who are not lucky enough to have those blessings.
Yes sometimes the more simpler the life the happier it becomes, being out door is good for children but with the way of the world these days you need to take care our children are not as safe as they once were sadly
That is true Katie, today my daughter was just telling me that someone was following her. I was very scared. You can no longer send a child to get bread at the shop. Oh no Katie.
sad sign of the times we need to make our children more aware of the danger and prepare them, the world is not getting any better I worry about my grand children glad they have parents who warn them and do what they can to safe guard them
Thank you sister for sharing. :). We never know how fortunate we are till we compare ourselves with those people who are not as blessed and fortunate than us.
I heard a story (I think most people have heard of it) that "you complain you have no shoes till you see someone who has no legs on the streets". :)
That's very true, sis, what avery beautiful quote. I am going to write it on a special notice board in my office.
Thsnk very much sis.
You are so right! I am lucky, I live out in a nice country area and just love it. Still lock the doors, but some other areas are way worse.
