Does updating old posts improve seo?

Jojo, I've read a lot in the community about that--refreshing old posts--making them better will improve it. I've not gotten that far yet, but I take ti to heart!

There is a lot of focus on content creation. Building content on your site will make search engines find your site and giving away great content will build trust among your vis
Sure. You can combine both and each is also a separate business model in itself.
Many affiliates build niche authority sites relying on organic traffic for the most part. And many other affiliates create landing pages... sometimes a pre-sell page but usually a squeeze page to build an opt-in email list. With the latter traffic is generated through active marketing such as paid ads or various free marketing methods.
Both can be used. Or one or the other. Here the emphasis is placed on building an authority site with the goal being to get traffic for free on autopilot from search engines by ranking for very low competition key phrases. The idea being you can focus on building the authority site by writing more and more quality content instead of spending money and time testing advertising sources and actively driving traffic by setting up paid ad campaigns and doing free marketing methods.
I think if you are just starting (I don't know that... saying IF) then just focus on one or the other. And since you are here it makes sense to focus on building a niche authority site with goal of ranking for very low competition key phrases.
Thank you,
I just had this mind and I thought I needed to speak out and see what others thought about it. I will see which way I will choose myself. I am building an authority site but I am also very interested in the other option.
Every page on your website is ultimately a landing page, it's just a case of how you get the user to land there.. And how you convert them into a sale, subscription etc.
I don't know, to be honest. I don't have a landing page yet but I know some people find them very useful. I like normal blog sites more but that's just me. I don't like landing on a squeeze page without any other support site, when I stumble upon some site, I like searching through and gain trust. No quick solutions.
I'm interested what the experts say :)

Hi everyone,
My website has been up and running for around three years now. There are almost one hundred pages/posts and close to 1000 comments.
Despite all this
if you find that your site is unfocused - imagine what your visitors feel.
remember ...whatever you put into your site your visitors will feel.
so yes i would focus on specific areas or even breeds and get more influence before moving on
can you split the dog breeds into small- med and large (and problems dogs)
do training techniques differ between sizes of breed - or is that just the owners...lol
if you have that much knowledge on dog training could you think about doing a webinar on it - or even record one and create a course (100% will be yours)
take it to the next level.
have fun
phil
but keep creating content
Thank you,
I might try to make entire site more specific and only concentrate on certain problems and create more content on those instead of writing about everything and every problem dog owners might have.
Cheers,
Jojo
Joakim, it sounds like you're making good progress. I'm not really sure if there's a right or wrong answer. Maybe others here will have better suggestions, but I myself, tend to trust my instincts and go with my gut!

Hi,
I have problems when I try to access Jaaxy. When I click on the Dashboard of Jaaxy I end up at a page where I get the choice between Starter, Pro or Premium. No matter w
Do you see a button "Jaaxy is connected, Lite"? Click on that to integrate your WA account with Jaaxy.
Thank you.
Yes I do see the button Jaaxy is connected and it says that my account is connected to the Lite version of Jaaxy but I still can not access it. When I click on open Jaaxy I end up on the page where Jaaxy Starter, Pro and Enterprise is presented and from that page I get nowhere.

Hi everyone,
I am trying to post an ad on Reddit but everytime I try to upload an image (it is an image of a banner) it just says; "Something went wrong, please try again
There are many image formats (Gif, JPG, TIF, PNG etc).
The size of an image can also cause problems.
Thank you, then maybe that is the problem. The size of the image is ok but maybe it is the format, I will see if I can save the images in another format.
Jojo
I have figured out the images of the format PNG works. Do you know how to convert another format to PNG?
