Decisions, Decisions
I have been with WA for 2 weeks today. During this two weeks I have spent most of my time building my circle, trying to make sure I respond to everyone who follows me, (it's like offering a smile to every stranger in your path). I have watched a few videos, but have only manged to get through course 1, lesson 6.
I have noticed that just spending my time reading about the people in the WA community has really helped me to feel more comfortable about being here. There are a lot of great people that go out of their way to give you advice and reassure you, that you can make this work.
I have never wrote a blog in my life and have always been better at technical things than anything else. Now my husband on the other hand is Mr. Google, a walking source of information, and I just wish for one moment my brain could hold a forth of the knowledge that he has. Trying to pull this information from him is not working, so I'm have come to the conclusion that I am on this journey alone, at least for a short while. I am confident he will join me once he see that I am making progress.
Now, back to my progress, I have been stumped trying to figure out how to blog. How to share information that people would want to read. Stumped on what I want to do a website on. Stumped on a domain name. I have some ideals, but today, with some good advice from other members within WA, I have decided to put aside the road blocks and concentrate on learning, listening and watching as much as I can, with the information that is available here. At some point, maybe when I finish my training, I can find that right niche. I am leaning on God to help me make this work, because as the Bible says, "What is impossible with men, is possible with God"......

I love doing crafts, making dolls, stuff animals, sock monkeys, woodworking, computers, our new solar panels, haha! Probably most of all I am passionate about God and my family, being a mom and a wife. (Can't really make much money with the last part though). :)
My aunt was a porcelain doll maker. Way cool! Pick ONE. Just one and run with it for a while. Focus will help you. There will be plenty of time to pick a second topic. Get the first one going, build a following, then monetize. You'll do great.
Welcome to WA first of all and I hope you have great success with us here. When you are comfortable with it you will do fine. Blogging is fun.
That is a good plan and the best part is God takes the impossible and makes it possible. Guess what you just blogged, and it is good.
I am a more hands on girl I am a hairdresser, so this is new to me too, but i believe that you can do this with what you just wrote. Find something you like and just talk or type about it. Wishing you great success.
