You can find the way to embed youtube video's here: Embed YouTube Video in WordPress But I do not completely understand your question: You would like that the visitor can edit the content of your webpage himself?
I would rather prefer to just put an email address where they can send everything they want to from pictures, text to links and so on...
And that you check what is useable and how you will add it on your page...
