transferred domain renewed thru WA transfer didn't go thru email issue / tried it again and you want me to renew my domain again ?
When I had a transfer fail I was given an immediate credit for the money I'd paid. I tried again and it worked properly the second time. If the transfer failed you should have received a refund.
