Hi Steven
It would help you a lot to follow the step by step training here at Wealthy Affiliate. Online Entrepreneur Certification - Getting Started Level 1 This will help you to get set up the right way.
Jennifer
Thanks Judatherapy. That's what i thought I was doing. There just seems to be these 2 extra things on my website that wasn't mentioned in training. At least I don't think they were.
Okay

Help with initial website set up?

It's been quite a while since I went through the training, I would just leave the extra plugin. Which plugin is it by the way? As far as the classic editor, I'd stick with that for the moment unless the training goes into the new Gutenberg editor and specifies that one (which I'm not sure about... the new editor wasn't around when I started). It's in my to-do list to go through the training again to see what's been updated but it's probably been since November or December since I last took a refresher.
Yeah thanks it just says classic editor and I am not sure how it got there. I guess I might have accidentally clicked on it. I will just let it sit for now since I really don't know what to do with it anyway. Somehow a privacy policy page is on there too. I will leave that alone also. I am not sure why that is there either but I read it and it seems relevant after I get some content going.
Yeah, you will need a privacy policy and I'm not sure which lesson it is but Kyle does go over it. It's basically a template we all use and the changes you'll make are adding your own domain (and email I think).
