Yes, I am very sure. It does not take me long to figure out if I want to do this. One thing that I found out is I am not a writer.

Bottom of menu on your left > account settings > subscription settings > manage > stop billing and close account
Welcome! You can always come back. The account will always be waiting. I have thought about leaving many times. It is a thought I often revisit but I find the training always evolving with the times so I'm still here.
Also, if you're on the monthly plan, a good time to come back is on Black Friday. The yearly membership will be at a good discount. All the best!

My website homepage has reverted back to Hello world instead of the page I created, third time this has happened, no explanation so far, what to do?
don't know what you mean. I appreciate the response but there is no support here. Time for me to bail, I guess.
You have to ask the right questions and you have to try and be very specific otherwise you are going to get lots of answers which will probably be wrong.
To say you can only get your site if you type SiteRubix is telling us nothing. You don't even give us the URL to the site so how are we to give you the right advice with the information you have given?

My site has vanished again. Third time. Requested help several days ago. Have not received any. Very frustrated. Not getting what I paid for. Homepage has been replaced by
If Site Support restored your page from a backup, it's possible that what they replaced it with did not have all your changes.
I appreciate your help. Site "support" continues to ignore me. They have not restored or replaced anything. Do not know what you mean by "backup" Might be time for me to bail!!
Please don't bail. PM Carson (he's the tech guy) and have him look into why Site Support is not responding to you. If I could help, I would, but I don't have access to the necessary files, etc. to help.
I reached out to him 3 days ago. Also sent message to the guy who introduced me to WA, they both have yet to respond. Thanks for your reply, but this is fast becoming a waste of time and $$$.

Dear Steve, it's better to contact WA support to find what's the issue. There're thousands of members here which use WA hosting and are premium member. I'm one of those yearly premium members and these technical issues could happen for everyone at the beginning (it's just happened to me a lot too!) but that's not because of WA system quality, they're just technical issues that can happen anytime so you just simply need to contact support and I'm sure they take care of the issue fast.
