3 Weeks to get a new Cable Modem

I can now get back into my business on a full time and productive basis, it has only taken 3 weeks to get a new cable modem delivered and once it got here took around 6 hours to configure.

Several conversations with Telstra (the first two calls I got disconnected - or did they hang up?)

Now I have speed and a backup connection to the internet - bullet proof now ... hate saying that!
