I have been asking for technical support during the day but there doesn't seem to be any response. I have two websites in the building process, one which I moved over from Sit

I was just curious, Couldn't you get through to your site from WA or from a browser? I know if it is from WA I click reset password and that works for me...

I changed passwords several times. After almost 9 hours (off and on) of working on this it became a waste of time. Still now reply from the support ticket submit yesterday morning. Guess they do not want to tackle the problem. I have found a solution on my own.

I wouldn't delete anything. It sounds like you can still move forward. Shoot support another ticket, or a warning shot over the bow and see what happens. I the mean time I would sally forth and learn

That is what I am doing Tim, but I just learned how "sally forth" last week so that it might take a day or two. I deleted the site successfully. Still no response from my support ticket, so the old site is removed.....and just a distant memory. I am using the site I originally started on Site Build It thru Bluehost. I just deleted all content on this site and will build it from scratch. The site I used Site Rubix to create did not work so no sense in spending more time on a failed site.

Thanks, Mike. Rather than beat my head against the wall any longer I just deleted the site. That was the easiest solution. Hopefully, no one else will run into this problem.

Rick - I deleted the SiteRubix site I created thru WA, which I could not access. This had NO impact on my other site which I moved from Bluehost to WA. I can access the admin portion of the site from Site Management, and both front end and back end are working fine. Still no reply from my two "Support Tickets".

So I will move on and work on my one website. Apparently the "Support Ticket" portion is not functioning today, or the tech folks are also stumped.

Again, not an earth shattering event. I just hit the site delete button and poof the problem disappears!

After the frustration of today, I am going to call it quits and return to Courses and Lessons tomorrow morning. I will have one that I can do a split screen on and do the course and work on the site at the same time (which was my intention today) since my Bluehost site works fine on the WA platform.

I don't know, Steve. My site on Rubix is a site I'd like to delete, but I'm concerned that it might effect the other website somehow. Sorry I can't help-Rick

Well, I will let you know what happens when I delete it. Keep your fingers crossed. I am going to break one of the BRULES !

Have you tried giving either Kyle or Carson a PM to see if they can help you out?

One of the other members was kind enough to do that for me. Nothing back so far.

If you like the site don't delete it. It is doing no service if you don't want it, try selling the domain name. On the tech side of your question, I assume WA is your host if not try that. I can't say for sure but I think it is a hosting problem. And I feel your pain when trying to contact support.

The site is not built out yet. So I will lose the $19.99 I paid for hosting but that is all.

Is it a SiteRubix site you cannot acess? If it is, did you try changing your password? Sorry to sound so ignorant of your situation.....

Both are SiteRubix sites now because I moved the one from Bluehost, and it works fine. BUT that is a superb idea Rosie, so I will try changing the password! Thanks, you are the first to suggest that possible solution. THANKS !!!! Steve

I hope it works for you.....every so often I have the same problem and when I change the password BINGO I'm back in again. With me, it may be a time issue.....sometimes I am not logged in often enough. Sometimes it is just a glitch. Please let me know if this worked for you.....good luck, my friend!

I changed the password and was hoping it might work. But the same thing happened. It would not take me to the Admin page just the front side of the website. Rather than agonize over this I will just delete the site. I am a little disappointed with the lack of response from the technical team, but we all have our bad days, so I do not intend to be critical.

Live is full of challenges, this is just another one of them to "go around."

I think if I make a tin foil hat and put it on my head while typing, this will solve the problem.

hahahaha.....I call them the 'glitch gremlins' (although I am prone to mispronouncing the word glitch.....haha) Other possibilities are to clear your cache then log out and back in again. Sometimes it gets a little overloaded in the back area of computer land....lol

I put in a support ticket twice today once this morning and again this evening and have not heard anything back.

Check your messages (envelope icon top right). Site Support messages are now going into the inbox. Unless there's a glitch...

I have been checking all day................nothing, no response from either of my support requests. Any idea what is going on?

Rosie suggests changing the password. I tried that; but the results are the same, a blank white screen. I kind of wasted today trying to access the site so I may just delete it and move to working on my other site.

I submitted a support ticket, but after spending 90 minutes trying to access the admin side of my sites so that I can continue with my courses, I need to move on to my next "to do" list item for today.....mowing the lawn. NOT near as much fun. But at least I have my audio books - Listening to The Code of The Extraordinary Mind on audio for the third time. Learn something new every time I listen.

I started the About Us page a year ago and have not done anything with it. Thus the reason for becoming a Premium Member of WA. Should I still start from scratch with the cou

It is never too late for an old dog to learn new tricks! I just kept googling until I found a site that provided instructions. I have now moved the site to WA............and all is fine as wine!

Ok, as a last resort I followed my best friend's admonition to "follow the directions." I just finished Lesson 4, and now I understand that sites can be moved/transferred. My question now is that since I already have one domain registered with Bluehost how do I transfer that site from Bluehost to WA? I will be building another site tonight on WA, but I would like to transfer the Bluehost site to WA. I hope this makes sense! And yes I am a premium member (the ONLY way to go)!

By transfer, do you mean you want to transfer your domain registrar from blue host to WA? Or do you just want to point the DNS to WA and still have Blue Host as your domain registrar?

It looks scam like, at least that is the way they present the page and video, and you have to keep buying "stuff" (upsells). It goes to My Millionaire Mentor. When I clicked the button again, it leads to a sales page for MOBE, My Online Business Empire. Most people feel that it's a scam or at least a borderline scam. You can read many reviews about it if you type My Millionaire Mentor or My Online Business Empire into Google or any search engine.

I have never tried it so I can't give you the fairest opinion.

Well, it made me laugh! So I guess you're supposed to click that link so they can overtly download malware on your computer, huh?

Yes, and for a transfer of funds they will get rid of the malware for you !

man, I had one of those last week. A popup came up on my screen screaming at me that I had a virus attack and urgently must phone this certain number to fix it. The popup wouldn't go away no matter what I did. So I broke down and called them. The guy yakked at me for 30 minutes until he realized I was not convinced that he was really my savior, then he abruptly hung up and my popup disappeared. Wow.

Wow havent seen that one yet. Glad you showed it. nI am researching for scams on this one

I tried the standard scam alert sites but could not find anything on it yet. I was just wondering since it specifically mentioned on - line business if somehow they got into the WA server. But since no one else has seen this I feel better. I hit delete but was curious if other members had seen the same email chain.
