Two months I joined WA - Special journey to me
I am an Engineer who have worked more than 30 years for petrochemical plant. In my working experience, I have written many manuals about each plant equipment to teach the new entry employee. Now I focus only on electric bike to prepare contents for all the users visited my website. To talk about electric bike is easy to me. To create a website is a big headache to me. WA manuals is excellent to lead me through the creation of a website. I know WA make the job easier for all beginner and supported us a lot at the back to make thing looks simple. Thanks a lot to back office member. Whenever I want to give up, Kyle, Carson and my coach Jeff will appear to push me back to track.
Look at my cover image. The logo is simple but no professional - comment from my son. But it is my main Principe for my website. Keep best buy in my heart to serve all my users. I will never regret all the hard works to create my incredible website.
After many corrections for each page and each post until I felt all the contents are able to serve the users visited my website. Thanks to WA members who have given me their valuable comments. I really appreciated every comment given to me to improve my content.
I change my theme again and again after I received the website feedback for the first time. Finally, I accepted Child Theme for my website. Thanks to a Lady member who gives this feedback to me. Also, I need to thank site support making theme upgrading for me. Another WA member who created a nice website about dog caring, gives me a few comments to improve my website presentation.
There are 8 to 10 WA members who are fans for electric bikes, always give good comment for my posts to push me create new post based on their feedback. Now I have 11 pages and 10 posts for my website and have 117 comments accumulated until today.
My website ready today. I send out again for feedback. All 3 WA members give me good blessing. My website is just a start. Let me list out my outstanding jobs need to do. Every component of electric bikes, I have not ready in my book to create content for users. How to ride electric bike safely on the road is not ready because defensive riding rules not set yet. How fast should the electric bike go to satisfy most rider? Nobody knows. Most users not open to give comment at our website yet. How to pursuit them to give comment?
This week I started posting in Pinterest and twitter. Hope I can create some wave. Last week I started google ads for my website, the page views go up to 300 per day but click on website per day is still less than 50. For past 8 days, the call clicks is only 3. Visitors to Amazon through my website is 60 but not get any sale made, showing my website is still weak in pursuing power. I have to work harder to revise my past contents and create more new contents to pursuit them. I re-arranging my menus to move important content upwards to get attention. Most users leave the website in less than 2 minutes. To manage users on the website is much tough then manage workers in the petrochemical plant.

I have much confidence in the Singapore government. They are smart to make the right decision. Electric bikes are thriving in China, Europe, especially Copenhagen and New York. I have faith in Singapore.

Bro, this new adventure is fun and exciting. Is a life adventure and is real. You should feel the joys in you,
not the other way round.
Dont keep to yourself, go round talk to at least 10 people everyday all level, say simple hello.learn from them how they write. WA teaching us to use the most power tools in affiliate marketing, how good you able to engage with customer.
WA got 24/7 support. Ask question and learn from them.
Dont stick to one, as many idea as posible.
I realised the primary requirement for affiliate marketing is to make plenty of friends online.
The better you write, the further you go. No need to be shy, no one bother how you write. Isn't this is a live traning.? Pratice make perfact.
Not until your product is launch.
You will lose some group of customer. The skill in writing is important. Customer see what you write to buy product from you.
At first, about 30 words/min
now my speed about 100/min. I practice like crazy...hahaha.
But is fun my friend. Is eye opening,
Is brain opening and is Globle.
I am getting myself ready to handle all kind of customer before I going to next step.
Got to stop, I can continue for 10hrs. hahaha. My first day I say hello to the community for 15hrs.

You come this far, never give up on something you really want,
It's difficult to wait, but even more difficult to regret.
I can't tell you much, I never design a website, never even ride an electric bike.
I am a newbie in this online world,
and was crush by online selling.
After that, I done plenty of research.
I never give up until I landed here.
Today is my four days of training in WA. The endless support is so great until I got all my confident back.
As a WA community, we are a big and honest family, and I just have to speak all my heart out...
You have to do plenty of research after research about the product you selling.Have you ever test your own product.? Have you ever try some of your competitor product similar to yours in the market.? Did you notice some country like Singapore ban electric bike riding on foot path.? etc....
You need to be ahead of your information not behind it.
When you analyse and judge we thinking backwards, when we design values, we are thinking forward. Better think one or two step ahead, supplier competition is great. Online selling is moving faster then we thought. I witness myself in one case before the product arrived, another better one appear in the market.
There is nothing more wasted than a brilliant mind lock into an idea that it can be defeat.
This are some of the online selling traning which I have learn. Hope this info can help abit my friend.
I have been in construction field for almost 20 years, both and In interior designing. The size and the strengh
of a foundation is determined by the building that is to built. A three story high building having a two story high foundation is most likely to collapse in a long run.
As for me in this training, I wont go to the next level until I am ready for the next one. That is all the foundation WA platform is teaching us. Is a very sincere method.

Are you able to create a youtube video and direct traffic back to your web site? if you have your own youtube video channel that talks about how to select an electric bike. This should help you get some followers which may turn to customers. if you can provide some electric bike reviews on the youtube video. It may help you to find the right group of audience who are interested in this topic as well. Not sure this will be helpful, but I have seen a lot of affiliate marketers also have their own youtube video channel to provide content online.
Thanks for sharing a good idea with me. But youtube is my weakness, and I cannot do it at this moment.
I am focusing on Twitter's bike team. Most of them are not the content type of websites. I hope I can partner with them to promote electric bikes. I can use their videos to improve my website.

You are very welcome. Any video should help you to direct targeted traffic to your web site. As long as your target audience consumes the video content and generates interest in the electric bike you are promoting.
