Okay - I Need Your Help
Right, I have done my traffic left to right and front to back.
It all started with my optin widgets. I have 2 on all my posts in the sidebar.
I stayed up late last night trying to put the funnel in place You know - Thank you page, Confirmation Page, followed by my email sequence.
My links on thank you page seem alriight. However, when I put in my email to test if the optin to thank you page works, I get an error page up.
So maybe my links are not working after all.
This is becoming urgent because I am getting traffic coming into my site and visitors are clicking on my optin forms!!
I have watched Magistudios "Email Follow up sequence" webinars. Yet I am missing it with the optin form to thank you page to confirmation page... I use Thrive Leads and the hardest part was the widget design and integration with Aweber. I have managed that.
Does anyone know what further training I can watch to make the links flow throughout the sequence?? When it comes to the thank you and confirmation page?
This needs to be completed today as I do not want to waste anymore time. (3 months gone!)

Stella thanks for this all important question and for maintaining the forerunner (in any of your perceived challenges) posture that you have started being for people like that are coming behind like myself. Virtually all you've experienced as mentioned in your blog today will definitely be a guide for those of us that are about coming to your present stage and those that are already there now struggling. I am just following the steps like everyone else and asking questions when I get stuck!
Stella I do acknowledge your sense of humility but that is what those challenges of yours that you took time to make public have been serving me for and helping me to be wear of such challenge/s ahead since I am a bit behind. Again I say, Keep it up! Take care.
So does that mean you do not ask questions when you get stuck? It is the only way to learn and move forward at a faster pace...
Stella I sure do ask questions in this great community that we are fortunate to enjoy from Kyle and Carson and other great minds here and probably I might be asking even more than you as you know am still considering myself one of the newbies but the fact remains that in about two occasions or more I've come across your questions that looks like the challenge am facing or about to face. No, what I meant was the link from thank you to confirmation page.
I have just watched Jay's Opt in strategy webinar and it says Optin form links to thank you page which also has a link to confirm. I am not sure where to find my confirmation link.
API connection is working fine and also custom thank you page in Thrive is up....It is the bit in the middle I am not sure about.
Jay has briefly mentioned it in Opt in Strategies. I looked closely at his link and it had an aweber url....

I use Aweber but not Thrive. I'm sure it's simply that you need to put the URL to the Thank You Page in the appropriate place. I know Aweber has to thing one for where you want to go after subscribing and one if they are already opted in. I always send those who have already opted in to the same place as the new optins.

Hi Glen...
I have checked my Aweber optin forms, custom thank you page and List options re Confirmation page.
The previews are all alright.
However, when I type in my email on my site's optin form, I get an error message. Also no confirmation email comes up.
I am not sure what I am doing wrong or missing.

What does the error message say? That might help me determine what is causing your issue.

Ok Stella, This is just indicating that you have Double Optin on and that they need to go to there email and confirm there optin.
Normally it will still show as a lead in Aweber but pending the optin confirmation.

I do not see any confirmation email in my email box though! Also in Aweber I have "confirmation pending" for the 3 times I tested the optin ....
