Is it Me or Is Site Feedback Stuck?
I have tried to offer Site Feedback several times this week and found that each time, there are not enough sites to review. However, on Site Comments, there are plenty.
Understandably, it is great to see all the comments trickling in, but Site Feedback is actually the more important out of the two.
You see, if your site is not easy to navigate, or the colours are so blindlingly brilliant we can't read the text, it would be real helpful to know why the bounce rate is so high early on rather than wait 5 months and wonder why we are not getting sales.
So please put your sites on Site Feedback for us to give our honest and helpful suggestions.
It is well worth it and we may get more traffic and sales as a result.

As of yesterday, Kyle and Carson put an incentive of 20 free comments for Site Feedback. It is humming along nicely now...!

Yes, I read you loud and clear. There is another thread where others are going to get feedback (the give and take thread) and comments. I am wondering if that has something to do with it. Need website comments? the give and take comment thread

As usual I am a work horse eh? Working from my iPhone. Yes, I am still in the hospital, they want to make sure my ticker’s speed slows down for 24 more hours before releasing home. Home tomorrow, hope so. Yes, I think Site Feedback is rarely used now, most go to that give and take thread. I feel Kyle is the best person to find answers about that. He always does find a way to respond to me and many others.

There is always a way round things at WA. If this doesn't work, we can try that!

I put my site up to get feedback a few weeks ago and after about 3 days of not getting any feedback I took it off. I gave up on the site feedback because it seemed that no one was using it. I will give it another try.

I realise people just aren't using it! More's the pity.
I have written in to Site Support about it.
I don't know if there is another legitimate way we can get Site Feedback. Even in the Give and Take Thread.
In the thread, people do not give honest opinions, whereas when I used Site Feedback a year ago, it was more active and people really told the truth.
As a result, you could amend your site and put in the changes early.
We will just have to find another way round it....
