Maybe i miss this session but I am lost, can someone help?
If you're talking about your website name go to appearances tab and select customize from the dropdown menu.
Click into the Websites & Hostings menu of your Dashboard. Then click on whatever domain you're using, and log in. Once you are in the Editor mode, then you can click on the Posts (or page) name and it will come up. Every time you do this, there will be an empty bar for editing that top title spot.
If I'm a bit off, someone will chime in :)

I'm guessing you mean the Site Title and Tagline, these can be changed in Settings > General. Do NOT change the urls in WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL).
