Time Management - Pomodoro Technique
I've always been obsessed with time management. It's really easy to let time waste away so I have spent plenty of time researching how I can best keep my production levels high.
One thing I discovered was the Pomodoro Technique. This is where you work in 25 minute blocks, taking five minute breaks between each 25-minute time block.
During the 25 minutes you are completely locked in on one task. You don't look at your phone, check your email, etc. After you complete 3 or 4 of them you can take a longer break.
When I use this strategy it really increases my production. Have you ever tried these before?
Also, what are some time management and production level strategies you use that work? I'd love to hear about them.

Thanks for sharing.
I have used this technique and found it to be very productive.
It keeps you focused on the task at hand.
All the best

I liked using it too but for some reason I got away from it.
Thanks for your response :)
