I can see that starter can buy domain here at WA (WA included the privacy only). This means No emails , no hosting, no back up, no support.

you can buy domains at godaddy, but you need to sort out hosting - it is exactly the same here for free members.
so if you buy a domain here you will need to sort out hosting elsewhere, say bluehost at $3.95/month... where you get no training...no community....no help with affiliate marketing...
so adding a few dollars a month (yearly price $23/month) you can get all you see here.
or stay free and go it alone.

And you'll have all the needed features ... The only difference, the siterubix subdomain will appear in your URL
In order to buy and manage owned domains, you need to be a Premium member.

Anyone can buy domains here at WA, only premium members can host that domain here.
You can host a domain name bought here any place else.

Yep, I got siterubix website (FREE) and hosted on siterubix and I know siterubix is sub-domain at WA..so in this case, who is the owner of website (is it WA).

You are the owner of the household and you can take it with you and transfer it to another house.
That's how WA siterubix work too, you are the owner of the content, and you can transfer this anytime to another domain name hosted anywhere you want.
When you buy a domain name, both the domain address and the content has your ownership.
@Loes so I found that any free website can be added as property with Google Analytics and in this case, I will be the owner from the aspect of Google! so it this action, legal or is it alright.

1-If the starter achieved 300 premium referrals then he can attend WA Las Vegas Super Affiliate Conference?
2- what after 300 referrals? what if I got 5000 premium referrals
Starter members earn half of the commission, so when you have 6 annual premium referrals as a starter you receive $87.50 yearly commission per referral = $525
You receive as a premium member with 6 annual premium referrals 6 x 175 = $1050 - $359 (premium membership) = $691
You must be pretty blond when you do not go premium with more than 6 referrals.

so I will imaging the following pathway work perfectly, if I intend to go Vegas:
1-stay starter and get the 300 premium referrals during months and then upgrade to premium before reach 300 ref.s In this case, I'm premium with 300 ref.s

Good morning Ali:) When you succeed to get 5 premium referrals as a starter member, you will have money enough to go premium, and from then you will earn double for each follow up referral.
300 x 87.50 = 26250
300 x 175 = 52500
But I assume you will see the light when the time comes:)

You can stay here as a starter member forever, when you see your airplane on top decreasing from 300 to 299, 298... as a starter member, I assume that you will be invited to Vegas as a starter member too. But as I said, you better calculate this again after a couple of weeks, whether it will be more sensible to become a premium member yourself.
Anyway, you can confirm this with Kyle, to be totally sure.
