set them up as a new user at the level they need
then pass on the details
you will need an email address off them to set them up
if you trust them then let them in
if not then don't.
most developers can be trusted or you can write a review that they are not to be trusted and they will disappear... so most are trustworthy and want their plugin to work well - it is useful data for them to find out why it is not working and is it a comaptability issue with other plugins and how to stop it.

Does anyone know if there is a data storage limit to W/A hosting? I do a lot of location reviews and have a ton of pictures. Right now I am making people leave my site to acces
Yes, if you go to 'Details' you will see the storage limit for WA - that is spread out among all of your sites.
It shows the limit but not how much I have used. Is there a way to see how much I have used?
it will depend on the size of the images. large scale images will probably have a bigger impact on slowing your site down rather than running out of space.
It might be worth reducing the size to a web friendly size and then you will be able to put loads on your site??
