I thought I was able to do unlimited searches with Jaaxy lite. But now telling me I have 0 of 30 searches left and giving me upgrade options?

The same thing happened to me when I first started using Jaaxy Lite. I reached out to support and they took care of it right away - as they always do. They should be able to help you as well.

Why is jaxxy lite not allowing me to do unlimited searches?
I thought I was able to do unlimited searches with Jaaxy lite. But now telling me I have 0 of 30 searches left and giving me upgrade options?

Go into your account settings, then under Subscription Setting click on Payment Source - you can change you payment source there.

Not quite sure of your question perhaps you can go to your admin settings and do it yourself. I know you can add a user name.

I would like to change the name on my profile
That's how I did it as well. Makes me wonder what thats all about, though it's not a concern for me. I already wish I could change mine, to be truthful. :)

Theirs a small positive for me in that, atleast I only have to keep this name here at WA, and the people here understand because they could only change there name once as well. So don't sweat it so much if you can help it:) I hope you have a great weekend anyway! I wish you much success and joy.
You can only change it once but I believe if you click on your profile picture its under account settings then click edit under username
