It does take some time for the changes you made to your DNS settings at godaddy to become visible across the internet (and to WA's servers). This delay is called "DNS propagation delay" and can vary from as little as an hour or less to as long as a full day. It's caused by various nameservers around the internet caching (temporarily storing) address information. You probably just need to give it a bit more time.
