Minor setback

On Wednesday, April 25, I had a heart attack and spent 2 days in the hospital. This happened in the midst of our move to a new address. Lots of stress. I'm trying to keep my move organized by giving direction to my many friends and family who have descended upon us to help. I am blessed to have such friends.

The only problem is that I am not able to keep up with so many people asking questions as to where things should go. I feel like a traffic officer trying to direct 10 lanes of traffic in 5 directions at rush hour! Very confusing and not every question gets addressed properly. Some of the people make decisions without guidance and I am unable to account for what went where. They're honest folk and are doing their best to help. I really do appreciate their willingness to be of assistance. We'll just have to look for things we need and hope they aren't in storage.

I am trying to just direct traffic as best I can and not wear myself out or exert myself beyond doctor's orders and recommendations. The stress is very high, though, but I'm trying to let things flow as best I can.

My wife is trying to do the same what with concerns over my health and that of our son. We are in the midst of a virtual life upsetting and changing cyclone. The storm should be calming soon, though, and all of this will just become a memory. It's a very overwhelming experience to go through, but we are learning a great deal from it.

All I have written today is by way of explanation of why I have had to put a short time hold on my progress in learning here. It will likely be a couple of weeks before I can resume my training so I can start improving my financial direction. Until then, back to the "storm".

I am sorry to hear about your heart attack but take care of yourself and be careful just take your time and things will fall into place. Try to relax and I said try to can't stress that enough. You will find things slowly as you begin to unpack and start putting things away. Just take it one day at a time and things will fall into place.

Thanks. I have learned to keep a positive mental attitude and not let stressful events take a great toll. As with most storms, these situations are full of fuss and fury, but they pass relatively quickly. They may cause a mess and confusion, but resilience will overcome the challenges eventually. So does a can do attitude.

Yes, it does just take care and do what the doctor says and you will be fine. Best wishes for a speedy recovery

Get well soon! Health is Wealth. We love to see you soon healthy and well. God bless your health.

Just sit back and relax. Let them do the trafficking while you recover. Been there, done that. Just rest!

Thanks. I can only try. It's difficult because we have a lot going into storage and it will be an hour and a half from my new home. If we need something that inadvertently got packed for storage, we have to travel that far and then we would have to dig through the trailer to find it.

Best wishes for your improving health Stan!

Do what you have to do and don't worry about not being here in WA. It will be here when you are ready to return.

Thank you Howard. I will be keeping an eye on WA as I can.
