American Football season is here. For the rest of the world, this means NFL, college football, X’s and O’s And of course Offense and Defense.

When building your online business, you should have an offensive mindset.

There is an unwritten “Law of Sevens.” When this law is applied to online business, this means...

• Your audience members need at least seven different ways to connect the dots between your brand and what you do
• They also need a minimum seven impressions or offers before they are moved to make a purchase decision or commit to the value proposition you offer

This means the Law of Sevens is about always being on offense.

I always believe Offense is the Best Defense in business.

The following five reasons are why you should be on the offense all the time.

• You are Proactive when on Offense and Reactive when defending
• You create Momentum
• You set the Pace which others need to keep up to
• You are always pushing yourself Ahead all the time
• Your competition will be Defending

Therefore, when looking for a niche or keywords, you should be looking for something that can put you on the Offensive.
