My last post was on a simple way to build a habit.

While preparing for it, I came across an article on Entrepreneur Magazine by psychologist, author, speaker Sherrie Campbell titled,

12 Habits of Highly Effective Entrepreneurs

Since we are online entrepreneurs, building successful habits to reach our goals, I thought I would share this and get your views on it.

1. They Hydrate
   
2. They Exercise
   
3. They Get Ready For The Day
   
4. They Involve Others
   
5. They Take Time For Themselves
   
6. They Join Groups Outside Of Work
   
7. They Ignore The Naysayers
   
8. They Don't Negotiate With Their Time For Self-Care
   
9. They Embrace The Chaos
   
10. They Seek Support of Like-Minded People
    
11. They Have Supplies of Motivation and Information on Hand
    
12. They Don't Take Themselves Too Serious
    

I think this is a good, balance list as you need to take into consideration physical, mental, emotional needs to be effective.
