When it comes to Affiliate Marketing, there are believers and there are wonderers.

I WONDER

... if this affiliate marketing business model works?

Of course, the extreme wonderers would the doubters. The doubters love to ask for proof. They want to see your proof of earnings. They often ask you to show them the goose that lays the golden eggs.

Your proof of earnings, success testimonials and photos of your "rich and famous" lifestyles would rock their world.

Nothing wrong with that except this is a proven lead magnet for getting scammed.

Some of you are here because someone wrote a blog about a review on a "shiny object" that was suspicious and the pictures of the testimonials are made up and the proof of earnings would likely be fake too.

That was my journey.

I stumble across Joo's (@Joo77) scam product review article and was then introduced to WA.

In case, you are wondering if the WA training works, I am proof it works.

However, if you need validation, you can message @Joo77 and ask her.

Kyle has written an excellent perspective of the affiliate marketing industry for the next decade.

So, there you have it, this business model works and this is a significant and growing industry globally for the next decade.

For me, this was enough.

The choice is to wander back on the internet and continue wondering...

or

BELIEVE

It is with this "believe," I decided to building my online business here at WA while running my brick and mortar corporate training and consulting business.

What does success look like?

I will tell you when I get there.

For now, no more wondering and I believe I need knowledge and a platform to build my online business and WA is it.

My journey is to learn from the training and take action.

If it is not right and does not produce results, learn from that experience and take action again.

My Strategy is...

Failing My Way To Success

  • Get it done, then get it right (Do better the next time compared to last effort)
  • Share lessons learned from failure (You remember better after you share)
  • Fail small in order to succeed large (Try, test, improve, and move forward)
  • Respond with optimism to build confidence (Continuous improvement reduces inadequacy)
  • Develop intuition about your niche (Know what your audience wants)
  • Identify the needs your niche and fulfill them (You will become a valuable resource)

So, I don't have any private jet lifestyle photo to show you.

I am here and this is my 159th blog on WA. It may fail to attract your attention or excite you.

If you have spent years looking for success and it continue to be elusive...

Maybe it is time to think differently.

I have chosen the path to Believe and Fail My Way To Success!

Wish you an awesome weekend even if you fail to get out of your house!

This is your CFO speaking...

Great blog post. It's early days for me and I expect to fail and then be successful and then fail and then be successful....you get the point. I will work hard, train, and expect that the business plan will work.

Because it will, I will ensure it does.

Have an awesome weekend too Stanley.

Thanks for sharing, Louise. Take care and stay safe.

Hi Stanely,

Building on failures. Yes, that is definitely a way to succeed. Learning from others is another way. But you cannot separate the two and make your choice.

The reason is in affiliate marketing what works for someone may not work for you the same way. So you mix both and find out what works best for you. This takes time. We have to learn to be patient and believe in the system

We are all together in a system which will help us succeed. Let's work together for our success.

To our success.
Srinivasan

I agree that what works for one may not work for another. That does not mean we cannot learn from it. Learn and apply within each respective context with adjustments.

Exactly I am also saying the same thing.

Thanks for your understanding.

Really nice post!
It's so true. The Internet is so full of scams that even when people arrive on an honest platform like WA, their minds are polluted with all the false promises made by scammers. So they imagine that making money on the internet must be easy and that those who succeed are necessarily as rich as Waren Buffet. But the success of very wealthy people is the result of several failures so let's not be afraid to try and above all let's not be afraid to fail from time to time.

Ingrid

Appreciate your comments, Ingrid. We learn more from failures than success. Take care and stay safe.

Stanley,

The fact that there are so many affiliate marketers who are 6 and 7 figure annual earners is ample proof that there is success in this field.

However, each of us has different goals. Some only need a part time income to supplement a day job. Others only need enough to replace their day job. And then there are others who aim to upgrade their lifestyle from being comfortable to living in luxury.

All of these are signs of success.

It really doesn't matter whether we earn nothing or a fortune. What a person earns has no relation to what the person they enrolled with does. It all depends on what they believe they can earn and are willing to work hard to make that a reality.

You brought up some great points that support this argument.

There is no point in trying to persuade anyone that this works.

All the best to you.

Edwin

Edwin, you made some excellent points and I agree with you. All of us have different goals, reasons and motivations. Appreciate your comments. 😁
