Nature is marvelous. I talk my walk down my long driveway and then down the dirt road to an intersection...it's a 20-minute walk, so make myself get up from this computer chair and do it. The plants, the birds, the quiet and peace all put me in a good space. I am glad that you, too, appreciate time in nature.
