How do I go about cancelling this account?

hi Stephen -- sheeze -- looks like you've been here with WA for over a year! ... looks like there's a good thread of answers for you to your question .... sorry to see you go ...

best wishes to you for every succcess .... :)

Click on your profile go to account settings and membership click on stop payment.

click membership within your accounts settings and cancel billing and membership you normally have 30 days to move your website that you own to another hosting.

Wishing you well and you are always welcome back if you wish to return and work on being successful online.

If I cancel will I get the annual membership fee that just renewed refunded.

You will need to PM Carson or Kyle that has nothing to do with members here

I keep trying to configure my WA Site email in my external email client (MailBird) but it keeps saying it can't connect to the server. I am using my domain as the server on po

I'm having the same problem with outlook. It seems to log into the account but fails at 'send test email'

Okay, I've send Marion a message. Hang in there, Marion can fix anything. I've sent the message on skype and looks like she's not online yet (but she always comes on soon enough).

is your site a siterubix subdomain or a TLD (top level domain) meaning premium domain?

I don't know MailBird but I do know Thunderbird and Outlook so the principles should be the same If you're still having problems then Site Support may be able to help. Sometimes you have to play around with the port settings.

I can now receive email, but it doesn't like outgoing setting. I have it configured on port 25 with userid and password as documented but it says the rubic site isn't responding. When I reply from inside WA everything works fine. There is a mismatch somewhere, but I can't find it.
