How do I go about cancelling this account?
click membership within your accounts settings and cancel billing and membership you normally have 30 days to move your website that you own to another hosting.

Click on your profile pic and go to Account Settings. Scroll down and click on membership and there is a link to stop membership.

I keep trying to configure my WA Site email in my external email client (MailBird) but it keeps saying it can't connect to the server. I am using my domain as the server on po
Okay, I've send Marion a message. Hang in there, Marion can fix anything. I've sent the message on skype and looks like she's not online yet (but she always comes on soon enough).
is your site a siterubix subdomain or a TLD (top level domain) meaning premium domain?

I don't know MailBird but I do know Thunderbird and Outlook so the principles should be the same Domain Specific WA Site Email Using Thunderbird free How to Use Outlook for Your WA SiteEmail If you're still having problems then Site Support may be able to help. Sometimes you have to play around with the port settings. Contact Site Support for Technical Issues With Your Website
I can now receive email, but it doesn't like outgoing setting. I have it configured on port 25 with userid and password as documented but it says the rubic site isn't responding. When I reply from inside WA everything works fine. There is a mismatch somewhere, but I can't find it.
