Since the training is for English speakers and I am not, I want to log out and ask for a refund. How can this be done?

Hey Sztojka, I am Lula
I click my profile icon that's top right and log out is the last option drop down menu. I don't think we are entitled to refunds here as I was informed previously but to cancel your subscription, I go to the same profile icon click it select account settings then subscriptions and cancel billing.
Wishing you well and a terrific day.

Refunds are typically not given, per the terms and conditions, but there have been exceptions in the past. You would have to speak directly with Kyle or Carson explaining your situation.

The payments are recurring and automatic however so to be sure you are not charged again you will want to cancel your billing. To do this, follow Joe's instructions below. Here is a link with more detailed instructions: Best, Shannon
