Since the training is for English speakers and I am not, I want to log out and ask for a refund. How can this be done?
Refunds are typically not given, per the terms and conditions, but there have been exceptions in the past. You would have to speak directly with Kyle or Carson explaining your situation.

You would have to click on your profile picture, go to account settings, then click on subscriptions on the left, scroll down and click on "cancel billing", but there are no refunds as per the rules.

I click my profile icon that's top right and log out is the last option drop down menu. I don't think we are entitled to refunds here as I was informed previously but to cancel your subscription, I go to the same profile icon click it select account settings then subscriptions and cancel billing.
