Many times it's just Google testing your site in different positions. It may or may not be permanent. It could also be a result of algorithm changes, or of competitors popping up. It's really hard to say, which is why we always strive for to have top quality sites, but also just move on and not focus on the rank of one or two pages.

If you are still ranking and getting, then you have not been penalized! Penalties are also listed in Webmaster tools.

As Marion says, the mobile readiness of your site could be one factor. There could be others.

Google has recently changed its way of ranking and if your website is NOT mobile friendly it will definitely lose its status. ~Marion

If you installed analytics manually then changed themes, it removed the code, so you need to re-install the correct code.

If you installed analytics via All in One SEO, then it should be OK still, but worth double checking. Also, make sure that you installed different codes to each site, ie you didn't use just one code to track your sites.

If it's still not working, you can remove your code from All in One SEO, then try to install analytics manually. Manually Adding Google Analytics to Your Website Let us know if it works!

Verify that the GA JavaScript is in your pages.

To do this, bring up a page from you site and right hand mouse button over the page. Click "View Page Source" then search for "analytic".

If you find it then you can check the UA key it is using and compare that to your GA account. (UA-xxxxxxxx-x)

If you don't find the GA java code then it is not loaded in your site and you will have to do that.

To check that status of connection between you site and GA you need to verify GA is receiving data. In GA
Click on "Admin"
In the Property column
Click on "tracking info" & "tracking code"
At the top you should see the status. Normal is "Receiving Data"

It's a balancing act. You want to link to other sites when necessary, but don't want to just become a "hub", or directory site like you mentioned below. It's just hard to rank thus hard to get traffic.

But don't be afraid to link out to sites if you need to for references.

That’s a very tricky and hard to respond question. A sentence will not be sufficient but nobody wants to see a 4-page explanation. Programmers and SEO experts can. We are just learning but this is what I know for the little I have done in the last 6 years (not a formal business just a hobby, playing around) here it is:

Too many links to your website DO NOT HURT YOU. What it does tough, is the speed at which do the links and the type of links you have. Maybe poor keyword linking, no changes over several months and just links and links…. If you do it like this Google will say it is SPAM. The solution is to exchange links and do work as often as possible (weekly, daily??) in each of them. Do it slowly but be persistent and consistent. The links you have MUST have keywords linking them. And DO NOT forget, make changes to all of them. I hope this helps. I am sure Kyle knows better than me and he can explain it better and in amore simple way but… I had to put my contribution for the day.

From my experience, the answer here is YES.

It's a much better idea to try to link within your own website. Google loves that!

I tried to take a look at your site and I couldn't get through. (Could be an issue on my side) Keep working hard and try to link within your site for better indexing.
