How many hours a week do most affiliates work

It all varies. You just have to work as much as you can. I find that you work a lot of hours when you first get started in this business. But then as your business starts to do well, it almost goes on autopilot, especially when you can afford to outsource the tasks you did. But i wouldn't worry about how many hours others are putting in. Just focus on your own effort and pushing forward until you succeed. Don't compare yourself to others.

Great advice, run your own race! Thanks Eddy

Well Brother Eddy, I think 3hrs (each weekday), and perhaps an additional 10hrs (between Sat & Sun) will be a good start.
It's so very helpful receiving comments from some of the Veteran Affiliates in relation to realistic time management.
Looking forward to creating more time for start-up and learning curve.

Which profession? Joking... I spend probably 4 hours per day as a startup. Jay

How many hours? It depends on you. If you have another job, 3 hours daily seem a good plan. It is very important to stick to the plan. Best wishes!

For me it varies, I try to at least do 3 to 4 hrs every day, it works best for me, I am blessed to not have another job so I can devote myself to WA. Like Dave says though, I wish I had more of a plan what exactly to do with my time.

Hey Anthony,

In the beginning stages for me it's been more than a full time job. I've spent far more time than I would at a full time job absorbing all the lessons and putting a business together. I don't think that there is a 'hard and fast' rule as to how many hours to put in a week, but obviously, the more time you can put in to begin with, the better.

Having said that, it's pretty easy to burn yourself out, so I would go with your gut instinct and if you feel like you're working too hard or not properly absorbing what you've learned, take a small break from it all to gather your thoughts and then continue. It really is an individual experience depending on your previous experience. All the parts of the puzzle are here at WA for you to put together no matter what level you are at, so it's really up to you and how much time you feel you can manage and be effective at the same time.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,

Peter

Very helpful PeterK77. Thanks!

Pleasure Anthony. How's it all going for you?

I think the total hours vary widely here for members, as many have so much going on in their lives already...Some have more, some less...

My advice would be to decide just how much you can commit to (in hours and days/week), then stick to that plan as tightly as possible...

One thing is for sure...The more time you can carve out of your day to build this business, the faster that you will be able to see income...

Another factor to consider is what you do with that time you agree with yourself to commit to...

Best is to have a plan on how you want to achieve success...This would include detailed planning for how and when to do the many tasks that have to be completed...

This way you know what you should be getting done, and can beat down the procrastination monster that rears its head from time to time...

You can also build in mini-rewards as you progress through your plan, also important. Sometimes it can get overwhelming and not fun anymore if you see only work and more work ahead...

Especially when starting out, the reward of money may take some time to realize. Having these mini-rewards helps keep you motivated and focused...

Best of luck! Ask more questions if you have them, that is what this place is all about!

Cheers!

Very helpful , thanks Dave!

Also Dave , I really appreciate having all of the, Intelligent, Down to Earth responses from Affiliates. That is so opposite the Shark tank environment of a sales floor. Everyone is so Positive and helpful here. Commission Sales Floors have become places of almost violent competition.
