Yes, as stated by AbleAJ you must carefully and exactly copy the password to paste. I copy mine and store it in a different venue to be copied and retrieved when needed. I have tried countless times to type in the password via keyboard and it has never worked. If all fails, contact support

Thank you for that answer. I need to delete the forwarding of this email. When you delete the forwarding of the email does that delete any of the emails that you have already received?
Don't think it would no.
When you are forwarding, you are redirecting mail. If you are not deleting the destination, then whatever email it had received should remain intact.

Thank you for responding. Yes I am aware. I have forwarded it to a gmail account (google workspace). Then I deleted it from forward and just entered it as a new email and I still get this message.
